RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer error (such as incorrect names or dates submitted). Please double-check all personalization before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details. We will provide a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, cancellations are not guaranteed.
