All products sold through Gracefinds are made to order. As a print-on-demand business, minor variations in color, alignment, or placement may occur. These are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details submitted (names, dates, messages, etc.) are correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for customer errors after the order has been submitted.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, the production process begins, and we cannot cancel or modify the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
